In light of the challenges posed by the Coronavirus and resulting transition to remote working arrangements, the AggieBudget Preliminary plan file editing period is extended to COB June 8, 2020.

This will provide units with more opportunity to make any desired adjustments to their plan files during the Preliminary Budget period, as needed.  Changes made during the Preliminary Budget period will carry into the final budget period.

Additionally, BIA will work toward providing earlier and longer access to the Final Budget. We are hoping to apply updated assumptions and other adjustments sometime in late June or early July. Commitments related to Budget Decisions will be added once those decisions are final, but after AggieBudget is open for final edits. We will provide an update on this timeline as soon as the dates have been determined.
